The Static

Static is created when water is mixed with lucite via an unknown procces that takes place within The Black Box.  Recently, due to the influence of The Man, one of Mysteria's main rivers has been completely converted to Static.

When any sentient being makes contact with Static while imagining any specific object, the Static will permanently be converted into said object, EXACTLY as imagined. During this proccess however, the static eats away at, and reforms, the part of the entity making contact with it. Due to this, overuse of Static has been known to cause deformities to the arms and hands.

If Static is allowed to dry, it forms into a thick paste called Slop that bears no difference from Static except for the change in viscosity.
