Storm Thing

He's a cool dude. He is also a lightning. He lives in a cloud and can make rain on command. Because of this, a local village built a shrine for him on top of a hill. (See Thunder Shrine) He doesn't really know what to think about being considered a minor rain deity, but he accepts their offerings and makes sure to rain on their crops when they ask for it.  Storm Thing can fly but also sometimes walks using each of his branches as legs. Sometimes when he walks, it sets stuff on fire, but he makes sure to use his rain to put it out before it gets out of control. Storm thing has an unspecified past where he knew Whinley and as such, is aware of some of his sins.
